I am entrepreneur!

As I am the first writer for this fantastic blog, I guess its only right to introduce myself to you. My name is Bob Sheth. I own and run a company called MoveForward.com ltd. The company is an umbrella to hold my various online internet ventures.
Over the last 2 years, most of my time has been dedicated to 2 key projects. My first project is Property Community – an online community / portal for overseas property investors. The project started in January 2007 from scratch. It has since been built up to have over 20,000 members and receives 4,000 unique visits per day.
The second project is Expat Forum – a community of ex-pats who have either moved or are planning to move to new destinations around the world. The project started (again from scratch) in April 2007. It now has nearly 25,000 members and receives an average of 10,000 users daily.
I will refer back to these key projects and new projects in future posts.
My aim for this site is to create a community of like-minded Internet Entrepreneurs. We will aim to attract people who are making the majority of their income online using various business models.
One of the areas I am keen to focus on is new niche opportunities. I believe there are so many new opportunities opening online on a daily basis. We need to report on what these are and on the companies that are exploiting the opportunities and creating the new internet markets for tomorrow.

Hi Bob
I have become a member of many property entrepreneur sites over the past year and found them all wanting. Many, especially in the states are taken over by mortgage lenders and wannabe investors that have no money but want to use others to buy a small development down the road from them and then pay them back when and if they can sell it.
Don’t get me wrong I started that way but with a loan from my local bank. What I have been looking for is a good all-round property entrepreneur forum where you can meet like minded people that have some cash to back up a project or get involved with others to achieve goals. It is also important to be connected to people who have ideas and projects that strive above the basics in order to push forward.
I have only been a member of this forum for one day but in that time I have found serious people who do need advice and I for one believe in parting with knowledge to help others. I also think, but the jury is still out, that this could be the site I have been looking for. Only time will tell keep up the good work Bob and I hope to be a regular contributor.
Regards
John

I am an advisor for an American company which has enjoyed HUGE success in the States and Canada since it’s launch 8 years ago; the business has exploded in Australia and in New Zealand since it was introduced there 3 years ago and now we are setting up in Europe. Our first ‘Team Europe’ Kick-Off event is in Malaga, Spain on 31st January 2009and we are looking for leaders to join the company. We need entrepreneurial, self-motivated people who are motivated to earn executive level incomes for just 20 hours a week of work – or more or less, dependent on their income goals, in a genuine home-based business. This opportunity is available to ALL English and Spanish speakers around the world. It is a business that can be done anywhere, at any time. If you know of any prospective entrepreneurs who may be interestedin this fantastic opportunity, then please contact me on the enclosed e-mail.

Hi Bob,
I know how successful you are with the other projects so I hope you are as successful (if not more so) with this one!
