Default PayPal + Taxman
Can the taxman look into your PayPal accounts to see what your earnings are, I'm not really sure how it works with Paypal earnings?

paypal i think is registered in luxembourg - i suppose he could cos when you transfer funds to your bank account then the transaction is shown. paypal i think have a disclaimer saying that it is up to the account holder to declare tax etc in their own countries
