The best site to get paid for writing articles (and I mean $4 or $5 per article) is associated content. The only trouble with it is you have to be a US resident to qualify for the up front payments.

Being based in the UK that elimitates me, but anyone on this forum in the US should check AC out.

Unfortunately I am not a US resident so I can not work with that site. Does anyone know of a similar site that would allow for international users?

It's the truth that there are many ways to earn online. I think that first of all you must find your own niche for the business. Everything depends on talents and wishes of the person.

I agree with you there as there are indeed many ways to earn money from online ventures. It does seem however that most people are trying to earn a living by freelance writing and freelance web design.

But I have the feeling that most people prefer to make money with the affiliate marketing. I´m sure that this method is not for me. May be I am an individualist and moreover I do not know people who have the success in the affiliate marketing.

I do know a couple of people that have done relatively well with affiliate marketing. It is very easy to get products from CJ for example and if you have a good niche website or blog then you could easily sell these type of products.

I can't agree with your assumption that it's easy to make money with CJ. I was very surprised when I have received the letter with the information about companies that terminated their membership in CJ because of the financial problems.

I know a good site called Bukisa, it is open to international members who have a PayPal account. This site does not offer upfront payments, but their pageview pay is great. Also, your articles do not have to be exclusive, so you can just upload some of your old non-exclusive work and it will keep bringing you money.

If you refer friends, you'll get a percentage of their earnings as well.

Yes, try bukisa. I'm a member and I've 3 articles that earned $.17
It's indeed a great website. How to's, tips, tutorials, etc. It's open for international users unlike Ehow and Associated content.

Thank you very much for the information. I have heard about this site but I am not the member. I like to create contents about how, tutorials and so on.
