Default PPC Programs
I have worked a lot with Adwords in the past for some online travel sites. The problem is that the average CPC is getting extremely expensive. Are there any good PPC programs which I could use as an alternative to Google Adwords?

The Adwords campaigns that I manage total around 25.000 USD a month. Travel keywords are bloody expensive. For some keywords we are paying 2 dollars a click on average. (Mostly Dubai / Hong Kong related keywords.

That is expensive... Have you tried Yahoo's program? I think they have something similar to AdWords. I would think travel related keywords are pricy anywhere, but perhaps Yahoo's program is at least somewhat cheaper.

Why not just use some affiliate sites like CommisionJunction and the likes so that you would only pay for those clicks that converted to sales. This is highly recommended if you are selling something on your site.

I do only a bit of geo targeting. The company which I represent offers hotels around the world and anyone in the world can reserve rooms through their site.
