Default how to let people know you

Nowadays, everything runs quickly. Everyone trys to provide good products with nice service. But how to let pleple get to know you. It a real great thing that confused me. We have do advertisment on B2B, but it seems no use. Do you have any suggestion?

You can use social networking sites like facebook to let people know about your product or business by making personal profile, groups, fan pages or some interesting applications.
