Default How to target students

I would be grateful for suggestions on how I can target international students here in the uk? I am looking for overseas students that call home on a regular basis as they can save a lot of money using my products. Any ideas on the best way to target a lrage number of these.

I think if you could tie in with student unions or foreign student societies then that would be a good starting point. I think you would need to develope a product offering specifically for them. Or even a special offer whereby they enter some special discount code on your site and have a further savings. The student market is all about discounts...

I deal with students which are moving onto Uni and the big thing with them at the moment is myspace and facebook. Would advertising on these sites be viable to you?

You can even try promoting your product at few social networking sites ......stumbleupon is also a good source.

I would try alot of chat and navigational sites such as Myspace, Facebook and Bebo. These sites are simply full of teenagers and young adults from all around the world who would love the idea of being able to call home for very cheap as students don't have a lot of money all the time I think we can agree on that. Working hard for their education leaves hardly any time to make money so I think you should try there.

try Bebo, make a profile, and get commenting on people's profiles
Myspace is good but it's actual friends rules are pretty tight, if you get me.
What are you selling?
