Anti Spyware

Anti virus alone won't cut that protection for most of us. There are things like mallware, spywares, that slowdowns our pc. So having something to protect it form those, is needed. I use a spyware doctor and avg anti spyware for my other pc and they do work good,.

you can get spyware docotr free now as part of the google pack (do a search) Norton's scanner is bundled as well I beleive

I think that maintaining a healthy PC system is vital to any business and so making sure you have what you need to do this is very important. I am concerned though with many of them out there especially the free ones. Simply because I have not had problems until downloading them. So some of them are putting things on your system that are unneeded.

spybot and adware are good and both are free

windows defender another free one too I think, it comes bundled with vista.
