Accounting packages for small business

Are there any alternatives to Sage and Quickbooks. I know these are meant to be the simplest entry level packages but I'm lost on both of them. I want something really simple designed for non-accountants. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

MYOB is quite good in this situation. They are designed to be easier than Sage. They may not be as sophisticated as Sage but they are very easy to use.
