Default Ir35

Hi,
Anybody out there with experience with IR35 compliance??

We currently use freelance / contract tutors. Most of these guys are teachers who want to earn an additional income. I have been asked the question of IR35 by some of our tutors who are not teaching anymore and solely taking contracts of us.

I have no experience witht his matter, I've had a look on-line but its quite complicated. Does anyone know how I should be handling this matter as I dont think its my responsibility but do want to help our tutors out.

Thanks
Isa
