Limited Company Registration

Hi,
Are there any do's and dont's when registering a company. Its quite confusing as different sites offer different services - do I need all of these ( eg what use are a printed certificate of incorporation and bound articals as opposed to electronic versions)?

Hi Jim,
You can get all the "Bells & Whistles" later. The most important thing is having a few copies of the Memorandum of Association as they will come in handy.

Also when you are alotting shares then make sure you future proof it by thinking of possible investment or selling the business.
