It virtually impossible to find my website selling my products and I was thinking of using Adwords, are they effective, have you used them and what was your result? I don't wan to throw money down the drain

i've never had any sales through adwords but my budget is so low that it barely registers as i dont want to be hit with a high amount and no results from it
